Die IFAS 2024 was once again an outstanding industry gathering for the Swiss healthcare sector. For us at heyPatient, it was a special experience to meet our community, set new impulses, and shape the next level of digital healthcare together.

We were thrilled by the many valuable conversations and the engaging exchanges we had at our booth and during the events.

Our two events at the fair showcased the great interest in innovation within healthcare:


  • At the Forum Event "AI in Healthcare", we provided insights into how heyPatient is already using artificial intelligence to optimize the user experience and shared exciting AI-based features that are on our roadmap.

  • The Speakers Corner Session "Reimagining the Patient Experience – Making Relief Simple" demonstrated how heyPatient's digital solutions simplify complex processes, improving the patient experience and reducing workloads in the clinic sustainably.


Our Vision for a Simpler Healthcare System

IFAS 2024 once again showed us that our vision – a simpler, more efficient access to healthcare services – is widely supported by the community. It is incredibly motivating to feel how much our solutions are appreciated and to see the strong interest in simplifying processes and advancing digitalization together.


Fun and Joint-Value with the dhc-Community

A special thanks goes to the Digital Health Center Bülach, which made the DHC Park at the heart of IFAS possible. It was a fantastic opportunity to exhibit together with over 20 DHC members and get to know them better. The exchange and collaboration were not only fun but also sparked numerous future partnerships.
