Today we welcomed Carla to the heyPatient team as a User Experience and Service Designer.
Carla brings senior know-how from various industries in the field of user experience design at home and abroad, including Designit in London, NTT Data in Milan and the Valais Hospitals in Sion. Before joining heyPatient, Carla worked at ti&m AG for various clients and was in charge of design in interdisciplinary teams.
We are extremely excited to work with her and look forward to her deep expertise further enhancing the user experience of the heyPatient solution.
Among other things, Carla will contribute to design workshops, visualise user journeys, conduct UX analyses and interviews, develop clickable prototypes and much more.
