A QR code enables patients to register with just a few clicks. By scanning their insurance card, they can capture all necessary data in seconds. No paperwork, no waiting times—just pure efficiency.

Patients can connect digitally with you in no time, becoming accessible for appointment invitations, messages, reminders, or updates.
An intuitive and seamless process that makes life easier for both patients and healthcare professionals.
Optionally expandable: The QR code can retrieve patient data stored in the ERP system for patient verification.
Clinics and practices can optionally use tablets that we can supply on request, with optional payment functionality.

Direct Messaging to Patients – Independent of Internal Systems
Communication is key to good care. With the expansion of our portal, healthcare professionals can now send direct messages to their patients, significantly improving communication independently of existing IT systems.

Appointment invitations, additional information, tasks, and reminders can now be sent to web users via email or SMS.

After completing web registration, patients automatically receive appointment invitations, instructions, and updates conveniently via email or SMS.
Automatic reminders ensure no important tasks are forgotten.
