At the touch of a button and as a service (more information here).

Procedure variants

Here you can find out how to get started with heyPatient and benefit from the numerous advantages.

1) "Do it Yourself"

Would you like to start digital patient interaction quickly and subtly with a standardised, flexibly configurable solution?

Has the management named digitalisation as a corporate goal, and do you have well-positioned IT and internal resources for agile further development?

Then we recommend the "Do it Yourself" approach in three steps:

  1. Ordering your test-installation directly from the Microsoft Store (similar to ordering Office 365 and other Microsoft Services) or contacting heyPatient;

  2. heyPatient-sided provision of the MS Teams working environment with training materials, technical documentation, heyPortal configuration tool in test and production;

  3. Service activation & briefing by heyPatient, including:

Basic support for system integration;

Basic introduction for key users from PatAdmin and Dispo;

Basic support for your internal communication.

We provide the support and operational organisation for you in accordance with the SLA.

Optional:

Your own branded app in the stores, provided in accordance with the self-service configuration form.

If required and by arrangement:

Agile further development of additional functionalities.

2) "Carefree package"

Do you need moderation or best practice for the interdisciplinary harmonised vision of your patient journey and/or professional support for digital patient interaction?

Does your management set digitalisation as a corporate goal?

Do you have the internal project organisation (project management and an interdisciplinary project team) and resources for basic further development?

Then we recommend the "carefree package".

This includes:

  1. Contacting heyPatient for a solution presentation and live-demo;

  2. Project approach moderated by heyPatient with:

Initialisation phase incl. interdisciplinary design workshop for your desired patient journey

documented as a basis for decision-making with recommendation of the top 3 additional functionalities, high-level technical preliminary clarification, non-binding offer and draft roadmap procedure.

  • Optional: Design draft for your new branded app

  • Optional: Clickable prototype for new functionalities and/or branded app

Deployment phase including ready-made MS Teams working environment with training materials, technical documentation, heyPortal configuration tool in test and production mode;

as well as detail specification and getting your key users "fit" as well as basic support for your internal communication;

Introduction phase with releases of the prioritised additional functionalities

We provide the support and operational organisation for you in accordance with the SLA.

If required and by arrangement:

Agile further development of additional functionalities.
