heyPatient - We have officially founded the company !

September 27th, 2019, had long been marked in red in the heyPatient agenda: This morning, the founding team met at the notary’s office in Winterthur.

Our four-person founding team officially signed the incorporation documents this Friday.

We are delighted to reach this important milestone: heyPatient AG will now be registered in the commercial register with a fully paid-in share capital of CHF 100,000. This means that we are now officially "live" from a legal perspective..

After the group photo, the management team of the newly established company took a short break at Locando Trivisano over four cups of coffee.

The entry in the commercial register was completed on October 1st, 2019
