Co-Creation: Together is better

"paraplegie" is the new app of the Swiss Paraplegic Centre in Nottwil. Patients can find all the information relevant to their stay in it. The directions that lead directly to the scheduled appointment are very helpful. Find out more here.

Co-Development

The functionality of the app is being continuously developed together with the Swiss Paraplegic Centre and the heyCommunity. In the process, the needs of people with disabilities are taken into special consideration. For example, with a very clear colour scheme and slightly larger fonts. The behaviour of the personal timeline has also been adapted so that scrolling, for example, is as easy to use as possible.

During a recent on-site visit, we were again able to gain insights into daily use and the individual needs of our users.

Insights at the place of use

Once again we were impressed by the inspiring campus in beautiful Nottwil. Many thanks for the invitation, @Paraplegic Centre.

A big thank you also to Tobias Biber for the detailed insight. The direct exchange was extremely exciting and great fun for everyone involved.

We bring valuable input back to Technopark and look forward to feedback on the next release!

Simplified processes with heyPatient

In addition to the paraplegia-specific App-Homescreen with integrated navigation, the app enables processes to be automated and digitalised to the greatest possible extend:

From patient administration on admission to appointment booking, patient guidance and preparation. Reminders, information and advice accompany patients before, during and after an outpatient appointment, a stay and after discharge.

This heavily relieves staff of administrative paperwork, patient queries and clarifications.

Patients are better prepared and in the right place at the right time. The necessary data is already available in the system.

You can find more information about the heyPatient service here.
