Digitally supported until the children feel better

The heyPatient story began with a child's broken arm in the emergency room.

We are all the more pleased and proud that with the new Children's Hospital Zurich app, (Kinderspital Zürich App) we can accompany parents on their digital journey and relieve the staff in the emergency department and the Children's Permanence Circle. This ensures that there is more time for the little ones - and the children get better soon.

With the app, parents are freed from administrative burdens and receive appointments, important information, tasks, and leaflets directly on their smartphones. With the heyFamily function, all important information can be quickly and easily shared within the personal care network.

Next step: Digital Carefree Package

In further development, the consortium "LifeHealingNow" with Medgate and docbox will provide seamless support for parents from pediatrician referral or after a Medgate consultation to and within the Children's Hospital Zurich.
