Pelin Karamustafaoglu - International Growth Advisor

We are thrilled to welcome Pelin Karamustafaoglu to our Advisory Team and are excited to benefit from her entrepreneurial vision, strategic sharpness, and broad leadership experience.

Pelin brings an impressive wealth of expertise: As a long-standing Managing Director at Accenture, she led complex transformation projects across various industries, most recently in retail, and as an executive, she played a key role in shaping the talent and organizational development business in Switzerland.

Her strong academic background – including an EMBA from the University of St. Gallen – and her coaching skills give her a special ability to guide organizations effectively through change.

Today, Pelin serves as a Board Member and CEO of two companies, including Wikkelhouse Switzerland, where she turns sustainable building visions into concrete projects – with innovation, clarity, and a great deal of courage.

The Centro Di Cultura e d’Arte Ascona also benefits from her commitment, cultural curiosity, and leadership.
