At the annual conference of Ingenieur Hospital Schweiz (IHS) on 1 and 2 June 2023 in the Trafo Halls in Baden, René Künzli, Head of Services and Member of the Executive Board of the Swiss Paraplegic Centre, together with Matthias Spühler, CEO heyPatient, showed insights including a live presentation of digitalised patient interaction.
The two speakers gave an insight into the heyPatient solution and especially into the functionality of the "paraplegie-App". Matthias Spühler gave a live demonstration.
René Künzli explained the importance of the app offering added value for both patients and visitors. Among other things, the campus navigation is available at all times.
The navigation leads patients directly to the next appointment, which can also be viewed by the "heyFamily". Important information on preparation and treatment, reminders and much more are also displayed. The paperless admission and other functionalities for digitalised patient interaction are just as simple.
