Business Development Manager / Medical Advisor

You are responsible for:

  • Presentation and presentation of the heyPatient solution to service providers;

  • Establishment, expansion and further development of customer and partner relationships;

  • Identification of new market segments;

  • Introducing requirements for our solution;

  • Co-creation and design of new heyPatient services and offers;

  • Advice in the field of interaction between doctor and patient;

  • Participation in customer and internal projects including design workshops.

 

What you need for this task

  • Professional experience of at least 3 years as a doctor;

  • Good networking in healthcare;

  • Fluent in (Swiss) German and English, written and oral;

  • Good user knowledge of HIS / scheduling and ERP systems;

  • Experience in project management;

  • Experience in or interest in business analysis and digitization;

  • Enthusiasm for the use of the existing and the integration of new solutions for the benefit of the patient interaction of the future;

  • You are a team player and like to take on personal responsibility;

  • You enjoy new challenges and finding suitable solutions.

 

Nice to have

  • Other languages ​​such as French, Italian, Spanish, etc .;

  • Experience with data protection and data security requirements .
