What happens after you apply?
-
First, we check your application documents. If the "hard facts" fit, then:
-
We would be happy to invite you to a first video interview to get to know each other (approx. 45 min). If its after that true for both sides, then:
-
Let's meet in person for a second conversation. If the gut feeling is right afterwards, then:
-
Let's do a rehearsal day in Winterthur. Here you will get to know your future team and the projects better. If both sides are convinced after this day, we ask you for references.
-
In the final discussion, we decide together on the next steps.
