Patients are guided throughout their journey before, during and after treatment, while administrative processes are automated and staff workload is reduced. Expand flexibly according to your needs, for example with website-integrated registration (see image) or your own Branded App (see Info Section).

Price assumption: Small clinic with up to 9,500 patients/year, plus a one-time setup fee of CHF 10,500 for all packages.

Initial Setup
For the initial provision and setup of your heyPatient environment, including:

The one-time setup fee is invoiced upon order confirmation.
Branded App in Your Corporate Design
heyPatient in your corporate design. On request, we provide heyPatient as your organization’s own Branded App for iOS and Android. Name, logo, colors, content and home screen are tailored to your brand.
The Branded App is based on the proven heyPatient platform and can be individually configured and expanded at any time with your Patient Journeys, features and services.
Paid add-on for Essentials and Advanced: one-time setup fee plus monthly service fee from CHF 710. Already included in Excellence.
