Design Workshops: Your digital patient journey, ready-to-go
Ready to get started and create a shared vision for digital patient interaction?
In our Design Workshops, we work with you to create a clear vision for your digital Patient Journey, making it tangible, actionable and aligned across teams.
Together, we identify the biggest Pain Points and Quick Wins, prioritize the most important Use Cases and involve all relevant departments early on. The result is a clear and compelling shared vision.
On request, we can also develop a clickable prototype to make the vision even more tangible and engaging.

Patient Journey - why?
In the midst of treatment planning, disposition and administration, the patient and his experience are often forgotten. One interdisciplinary view of the contact points, of the communication and every interaction with patients before, during and after a treatment enables the overarching overall view of the patient experience in different phases -> the patient journey.
You can read an excerpt of a PatientJourney here in this blog post.
We would be happy to work with you to develop your patient journey of the future!
