This is what your job profile offers

• Further development and architecture of our solution in cooperation with the CEO, development and interdisciplinary teams

• Independent work and active participation from the idea to implementation

• Ideally, you will take over the team coordination and are interested in taking on CTO responsibility in the medium term

These prerequisites are required

• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written;

• ICT experience in the Swiss healthcare system with good system knowledge (e.g. scheduling and ERP systems, EPD integration);

• Familiar with HL7 FHIR and other industry standards;

• Software development experience (5+ years);

• Solid knowledge of Python, Clojure, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs

• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Docker (bonus: Kubernetes and Ansible);

• Familiar with design and architecture patterns (e.g. microservices) as well as DevOps and SRE principles;

• Experience with agile development methods, data protection and data security requirements;

• Completed degree in computer science or equivalent training;

• You are a team player and enjoy taking on responsibility;

• You enjoy new challenges and finding suitable solutions

Nice to have

• Experience in certification of medical devices;

• Experience with React JS or Angular, JavaScript, HTML / CSS etc.

• French, Italian or other languages would be an advantage
